The soul that sins it shall die. Doesnt matter what diet you are on doesnt matter how healthy you are. The bible says Death by sin! Your heartbeat is a drumbeat of your own funeral March! Doesnt matter what you do to try and stay alife you will die. 10 out of 10 people die and it may happen to you. What happens after you die? You have to face God and He will judge you by every thought word and deed! If you lied you are considdered a liar or you stolen anything your a thief if you look with lust your considered an adulterer at heart whether you are married or not. the 10 commandments God will judge you by and if you are found guilty you will end up in hell! The good news is that over 2000 years ago Christ abolished death and died in our place so we wouldnt have to go to hell. You must repent and turn from your sins and put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. Niether is there salvation in any other, for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved! No amout of good works prayers or fastings or going to church getting baptised will get you there. Repent and put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. You will never be the same after the fact. Pray to God now saying God I a ask for your forgivness in (state all your sins) and I ask Jesus to come into my heart and save me from the wrath to come. Thank you God for sending your son to die on the cross for my sins so I don't have to. In Jesus name I pray Amen!
