Well Lord I am not sure as to what you are doing to me. But I will use the faith and trust that this job you have put on my plate is mine.  I am seeing way too many things pointing in my direction.  I working on four weeks of unemployment and it still amazes me that you provide the funds for my survival.  You paid for my son's ski trip. (someone out of the blue said here is the money to help someone go to the ski trip).  You now have paid for my son's field trip at school.  You have blessed me an many ways.  Those of you that don't know Christ as your savior look what blessings you could have.  I didn't say though that it was going to be easy.  I read somewhere on a shirt something that says this:

"God never said it would be easy He just said it would WORTH IT!"

Keep praying for me fellow Christians! Pray that this Job I interviewed for cones through.  I am in the oven baking right now but evidently I am not done yet. ;)

God Bless!

Word of the day.  PRATFALL

Meaning: a fall on your buttocks. J

I just got done reading Acts Chapter 8 about Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch.   This is one of my favorite chapters mainly because of how sensitive Philip is to the Holy Spirit and also how faithful Philip is to Gods calling.  God gave him specific instruction be there and Philip didn't even hesitate.  That is the way most Christians should be Everyone needs the Gospel and no one should be left behind.  Philip didn't even question God he just went.  He didn't even skip a beat.  What about those of you that are Christian or claim to be Christian have you got the zeal that Philip has?  I remember reading someplace from a famous preacher.  He stated that if you don't have a heart for lost souls you are not saved yourself.  Christian stand up for what the world needs and that is Jesus Christ!

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
(Romans 1:16)

Those of you out there that don't know Christ as your savior better repent because there will come a day that the Lord will Judge all men in righteousness.  Have you kept the 10 commandments?

Here is the list:

       1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
       2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven                      above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
       3. Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him                      guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
       4. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
       5. Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy                     God giveth thee.
       6. Thou shalt not kill.
       7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.
       8. Thou shalt not steal.
       9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
       10. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his                       manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

Those of you that are catholic may notice that these look out of order.  I'm sorry to say that all the time you thought your commandments were right you have been mistakenly wrong.  These are the TRUE  TEN Commandments created by God himself.  The Catholics removed the second commandment so they could worship other people like Mary the Mother of Jesus and statues.

IF you have broken any one of these commandments and you don't have Christ in your life you are in danger of judgment the bible states For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. (James 2:10)

Repent and trust Jesus NOW so you can flee from the wrath that is to come.

God Bless!

My Father 10/24/1934 - 04/18/2004

I lost my father back in April of 2004 and the images I have on that day are still burned into my mind. He had been fighting several ailments consisting of congestive heart failure, diabetes and the worst of them the dreaded cancer. The cancer was found back in the fall/winter of 2003. The thing was the cancer wasn't what took his life. It was the congestive heart failure. God really carried me through that year. In fact God had me writing my eulogy for the funeral 60 days prior to his death! In addition God told me to get back to the hospital the day before he passed. Praise God that my father was saved and he is now spending eternity with the Lord Jesus Christ! He is there waiting for me. I miss my father here on earth and there are times that things happen in my life whether good or bad I wanted to call him on the phone and tell him about it.

I wonder if we as believers will be able to see what goes on with our families here on earth after we have gone? I wonder if God would allow us to be here on earth to watch our children grow and their children and so on and so forth till the rapture?

Here is something to think about. We only experience death once through the Lord Jesus Christ! Those that are without experience two deaths.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
(Revelation 21:4)

Why did I start this?

Not sure why I decided to start writing.  I find it relaxing and a way to get my thoughts and feelings down.  Maybe God will reveal to me things that I need to fix things I need to change. Things that are good bad or indifferent.  I am 34 years old hopefully this isn't just some phase for me and a week later I will discontinue this.  Those of you that are Christian pray for me that God will use this opportunity to reveal the things that I cannot see because I am blind so to speak.  In addition pray that I will be able to find a job as I am working on week number 4 of being laid off in the IT industry.  Tell next time.  May God richly bless you.
